First Day - February 2006

These pics were taken when I got the keys. Today was truly an 11th hour type day. The property had two liens against it which weren't discharged until just before close of business. So I was stuck in traffic when it was time to get the keys.
To top it off, the house is a total disaster. Furniture, beers, food, cigarettes, you name it, I found it. I can't imagine living like this! At any rate, I'll need a disposal bin to clean things out left by the previous owners.
Anyways, this was still great day! Here are some inaugural photos (still hot off the press!) of my first day there, before demolition begins.
